For most projects we charge a gas and travel fee starting at $10. This flat fee covers the drive to and from your property for all the workers you hire. If you are beyond 20 miles from the nearest workers, the gas fee may be raised accordingly.

Sorry but we do not. It's the customers responsibility to order all the materials needed. You can call Home Depot to ask about quantity. If you have the area measured, then your local store should be able to recommend how much mulch, rock, dirt or sod you need to order.

It depends on your specific location, but generally yes. There is an extra flat fee per load to use our truck and trailer. This fee does not include labor costs. We can remove organic waste such as rock, dirt, sod, brush, weeds, mulch and leaves. We cannot haul away treated wood or lumber.
We can rent a moving truck for an extra $300 fee. This amount will need to be paid up front so we can make the reservation. If we rent the truck, then we can also bring a dolly and blankets to assist with your move. We cannot provide boxes or shrink wrap.

Unfortunately, we cannot help you with design or give advice on where your landscape materials should go. The customer is responsible for the game plan. Our workers will come in order to make your plan a reality.
Since we charge by the hour, we do not give on-site estimates to bid out jobs. If you would like a general idea about how long your project might take, feel free to upload pictures or a short video.
Ideally, yes. This is to ensure the workers are given clear direction and can ask you questions if unforeseen issues arise. This also allows you to see their hard work and verify the project was completed to your satisfaction. If for some reason your presence cannot be arranged, the workers can always call you when they arrive and text you pictures when they finish.
It depends. If it’s light rain and doesn’t impact the progress and quality of the work, then your labor crew can usually work through it. Otherwise, we will need to reschedule. Since weather forecasts are subject change, we prefer to make this judgment call the day of your project.
That won't be a problem. Please give us as much notice as possible though. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled start date, then we'll request a courtesy payment of 1 hour of labor. If you need to reschedule, then we'll require a down payment for 1 hour of labor to reserve the new date.
What you see is what you get! We don't believe in surprising customers with hidden fees for our services, and we stay in contact with you through each step of the process to ensure you're up-to-date on everything, including price.
The payment methods we accept are: Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay and Cash App. If you want to pay online with a credit card, it's an extra 5% processing fee to pay through Paypal. You are required to pay in full before the workers leave your property.
